1099s not aligning

• 1099s not aligning with 1099 form

• Data is in the wrong box

Non Tyler Forms Clients

The form definition needs to be updated to move the data left-right/up-down

1. Go to Financials > Accounts Payable > Vendor Processing > AP 1099 Functions > Form Definitions

2. Search for the form ID chosen when printing

3. Hit Copy and create your own Form Definition

4. Update the Ln columns with a lower number if you wish to move information up

   1. make the number higher if the information needs to go down

5. Update the Col field to be a lower number if you wish to move information to the left

   1. make the number higher if the information needs to go right
