How to use Virginia DMV Import

Description of Issue

Site needs to import DMV file into Enterprise EERP

Context

  • Enterprise ERP (powered by Munis)

  • Property Revenues

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Virginia

Cause

Site needs to import DMV file. 

Resolution

Hub > Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Motor Vehicle Processing > DMV Import 

  1.  Open DMV Import

  2. Hit Define

  3. The following fields are required,

    1. File name (server) (Name of the file)

    2. Vehicle class

    3. Vehicle jurisdiction

  4. The checkboxes can be toggled and un toggled depending on site.

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click Import

  7. A pop-up window will appear asking What data set do you wish to output?

    1. Errors

    2. Non-errors

    3. All - Support recommends this one

  8. Select an Output Option
