Browse screen duplicating records when selected

Description of Issue

When browsing records highlighting and selecting a record shows a duplicate record below it

Context

  • General Journal Entry/Proof (GEN, GCR, GNI)

  • Budget Transfer and Amendments (BUA)

  • Browse

  • Duplicate

Cause

There is a known display issue on browse screens when selecting one record after scrolling down from top of list where highlighting record displays again over another record below

Resolution

  1. Log a case with Financial General Ledger Support and they will tie to known development work ticket MUN-472296

  2. Site will be notified once the code is ready for update on Tyler Deploy

  3. Load code and test to ensure issue is fixed in secondary database, once confirmed load in Live

  4. Any issue after code load log a new case with support and reference old case and work ticket for history

The data is correct this is only a display issue, there is no true duplication on the ledger
