Overtime Calculating Incorrectly on Holiday Time Entries Time and Attendance



Description of Issue

When a holiday is applied to the timecard the overtime that is being fabricated from the overtime policy is applying time and a half instead of straight time.

Cause

The Holiday is marked as "Time Worked" in pay code settings and should be marked as "Other" 



Resolution
  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management → Pay Codes

  3. Select the pencil beside the Holiday pay code 

  4. Scroll down to the Overtime Settings → Counts toward overtime → select Other

  5. Select Save
