Classic bank reconciliation - recently cleared uncleared items are not moving to the correct cleared uncleared folders

After clearing items updates aren't made moving the checks to the Cleared folder

Recalc must be processed after making changes to clear/unclear records or any change made to AP Checks, Payroll Checks, etc. 

Recalculate the Bank Reconciliation record
