Load Next Year budget by month

• Users start with a total budget for next year for each account and have to divide it by 12 and enter by period.

• Is there a way to have the system automatically populate all 12 months?

Next Year Budget Entry

• For Next Year, it is necessary to enter detail lines using the period field and monthly amount or import with detail lines with periods and monthly amounts populated on the import file.

• There is not a way to enter a total budget for the year for each account and have the system allocate amounts by month for Next Year.

• Users have the option to enter an amount for the year, then use the Monthly Budget Amounts program to allocate amounts by period after Year End Close when the projection year becomes Current Year.
