Employee is not Showing Hours on Time Summary but Shows Hours on Timesheet
Description of Issue
Employee has hours on the timesheet but it is not showing on Time Summary.Â

Cause
The employee switched departments and there was a filter set for the new department. The hours on the timesheet had the old department on it. Although the employee was edited for history back to the start of the previous pay period, the existing details on the time on the timecard does not change.Â
Resolution
In order for the time to show on the time summary when filtered by the new department, the time on the timecard would need to be manually changed.Â
