General Billing Transfer to Tax not selecting or finding records

Description of Issue

The General Billing Transfer to Tax is not selecting or finding records even though the Define should be finding one or more record. 

Context

Cause

One of the invoices that the program is trying to transfer has a Customer with a Name 1 value greater than 30 characters.

Install the following release for resolution:
