The Memo notes that the REP system already allows districts to log in and adjust their data throughout the year (manually) and notes that the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) are reviewing potential updates to REP and reporting procedures based on the law change, but have not yet done so.

You don't currently have the ability to run the REP Report with specific Start/End dates and only include personnel changes within the dates entered.  CEPI has not yet provided the level of detail Tyler needs in order to analyze the programming changes we would need to make for a date specific "changes only" file.

Page 44 of the CEPI Usder Guide states that the REP system allows you to upload "multiple files during each submission cycle; however, only the most recent upload for each employee record will be retained in the system."

This indicates that you should be able to Generate for June every month in order to get the most recent set of employees and submit the entire file, but CEPI would need to confirm that the REP software will accept a June file every month.
