1099M printing with blank page in ReadyForms

• First page prints completely blank

• Backer prints correctly

• Affects TCM, printed, and downloaded copies

ReadyForms

• Delivery methods not split into their own tasks

• Print task not using a PCL template

1. Ensure that each delivery method (print, email, archive, etc) has its own dedicated step, and that no more than one delivery method box is checked off on any one step

2. Copy the existing 1099M template

3. In the new template, navigate to the Configuration Options tab

4. Select Output Type > PCL

5. Select the PCL template ONLY for the print step

6. Select the PDF template for all non-printing steps
