500 errors presented at top right of page. F12 revealed omnibar as the culprit.

Additional F12 error: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://<fqdn>/XXXX<env>/tyleromnibar/omnibarservice/Intents?$filter=Category%20eq%20%27Launcher%27' from origin 'https://<fqdn>' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
