NH Bill Print tot due field is negative for bills with no credit balance

• NH Actual or Second Bills are exporting or printing a credit balance for bills that have been paid in full and have no credit balance. 

• The NH Bill Print program is exporting or printing a negative value in tot_due field (positions 958-969) for bills with no credit balance. 

• NH Tax

• Bill Print (tnhactbl)

The tot_due field subtracts total payments on the bill from the total tax. Fees are not considered tax, so bills with paid Fees have a skewed calculation. 

Development is currently researching the issue. 

There is no workaround at this time.
