Cashiering HTTP Error 500.19 Internal Server Error

Description of Issue

When trying to load Cashiering in a browser, users are getting: 500 - Internal Server Error

When trying to load Cashiering on the server Cashiering is hosted on, it gives HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

On the Cashiering server, the Windows Service TylerCashieringWorkerServiceXXXX cannot be started.

Event Viewer shows:

Description: A .NET Core application failed.

Application: Tyler.Cashiering.WorkerService.exe

Path: E:\inetpub\tylerroot\prod\cashiering\workerservice\Tyler.Cashiering.WorkerService.exe

Message: You must install or update .NET to run this application.

Context

Cause

No .NET frameworks were found on the server

Resolution

Install applicable .NET version hosting bundle from Microsoft and reboot server
