How to process the Time and Attendance Full Integration

The Entity Service Configuration scheduled job that typically syncs changes made in EERP (Munis) into TA, did not work the last month because the Scheduler was Offline. How can I run a full integration to make sure the missed changes are synced into Time and Attendance (ExecuTime)?

• Time and Attendance (ExecuTime) 

• Tyler Integration 

• EERP (Munis)

1. Log into Time and Attendance with Admin Credentials. 

2. Go to System Configuration

   1. System Admin if on a lower TA version

3. Click Tyler Integration Tab. 

   1. Click UI Environment Flags then Tyler Integration Tab if on a lower TA version

4. Determine which Integrations need to have the Full Integration processed and locate the Action buttons to the left of that job.

   1. For example, if it's only employee data that may not have been updated, Job 5 for Employee Import may be the only one that needs to be run. 

5. Click the Full Integration icon (Square with the arrow) then click Only Run Job.

6. Once finished processing, the Last Full Run Date should update with today's date.
