Description of Issue

After installing TCM 2023.3.1 we are not able to load the full client page or submit/retrieve attachments in EERP

Cause

An issue has been identified in the deployment process of Tyler Content Manager release 2023.3.1. Certain Apache Tomcat configuration files are not being updated with the needed connection variables causing the TCM URL endpoints to fail to respond properly.
