I ran the Import Meter Reading file and received the following error: Error inserting into utsvcexc low-268 ISAM 2627

The error indicates that the file has been imported previously for those particular readings. Review Current Read Consumption or View/Clear Read Exceptions to confirm.

Select Re-import readings check box which should alleviate the error.
