How to align Pre-Printed 1095 Form Alignment

Description of Issue

I am needing help setting up and aligning the printing of the 1095-C

Context
  • Affordable Care Act Report
  • Print 1095-B/C
  • Pre-printed tax form
Cause

The 1095 Form Number is using a Form Definition that is not properly aligned.

Resolution
  1. If you are a SaaS hosted client, please contact SaaS support and reference this article to proceed. If you are an On-Premise client, please continue to step 2.
  2. To adjust the Form Definition, navigate to the program Print 1095-B/C Records.
    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > 1095-B/C Processing > Print 1095-B/C Records
  3. Select Define and Accept.
  4. Select Adjust Forms in the toolbar.
  5. Review the Ln column and the Col column of the Form Definition being used.
  6. Click Update.
  7. To adjust the Ln column.
    1. Increasing the values to move the item down on the page.
    2. Decreasing the values to move the item up on the page.
  8. To adjust the Col column.
    1. Increasing the values moves the item to the right.
    2. Decreasing the values move the item to the left.
  9. Click Accept to lock in your changes.
  10. Click Return to return to the print page.
