Description of Issue
ExecuTime appears to be automatically applying approvals to employees with zero hours. How can we stop this?
Context

- Bulk Approval

- Versions 2019+
Cause
Timecards were being approved all at once with Bulk Approval so even employees with zero hours were being approved.
Resolution
- Select System Admin
- Select Security & Permissions
- Select the Pencil next to the role you would like to modify
- Select the Other tab
- Uncheck the box for Allow Bulk Approval from Employee Time Summary
- Select Save on the Other Tab
- Select Save on the Notifications tab
