Auto Reverse Flag Removal Request

Description of Issue

Auto Reverse was accidently selected on GEN/GNI/GCR manually before output posting to the GL
Site has older journals flagged as Auto Reverse that pull up in Journal Inquiry and requesting to have them removed

Context

Cause

Auto Reverse flag used by accident when not intended
Auto Reverse flag used for years but now site would like to use the Journal Reversal functionality and have Journal Inquiry/Print search match result record set

Resolution

This is a ONE TIME ONLY request with Support if future mistakes occur site must use normal Munis functionality to address or ignore it
1. Contact Munis Financial Support' General Ledger team for assistance or log an Online Support Client Portal categorized as General Ledger

Additional Information

Auto Reverse for Journal Reversal only can see a limited range of posted journals marked with the Auto Reverse flag "Y" for YES.
- Prior Year 1 period 13
- Current and Next Year Munis periods 0-13
Auto Reverse flag removed after output post
Auto Reverse now has a selection option to pick and choose what to auto reverse in available range, no longer all or nothing
