What permissions are need to grant the end-user ability to be able to add Commodity Codes? 

• Purchasing 
• Inventory Management

Enable the Purchase Order permission Maintain Commodity Codes 

• When the permission Maintain Commodity Codes  is enabled, users assigned to the role are able to view and updates records in the Commodity Codes program.
• When the permission is disabled, users assigned to the role are able to view, but not update, records in the Commodity Codes program.
