Tyler Hub version 2020.3 includes enhancements in applicant cards that require Munis 2020 to be installed and are not compatible with Munis 2019.1

• Remove the hiring manager page from user hub 
• Optionally install Tyler Hub 2020.3 service pack 6 to prevent other users from choosing this page in the future
• Optionally upgrade to Munis 2020.3 and users will be able to use the hiring manager page
