Error received when saving a new Work Order

Encountered error when saving a new Work Order. Receiving error uthistry_query failed status 100 

• Munis
• Property Revenues
• Utility Billing
• Work Order Management
• UB Work Order / Print

The Work Order Primary svc field is not populated with a valid service.

1. Reopen Work Order
2. Click Update at the top of the screen.
3. Click Field Help in the Primary svc field.
4. Select correct service.
5. Click Accept at the top of the screen.
