How to save Applicant uploads to different Document Mappings

Description of Issue
  • When an applicant uploads a document, can we have that upload save to a different Document Mapping?
Context

  • Munis version 2019.1+
Cause
  • Setup/Informational
Resolution
  1. To have uploaded attachments save to a different document mapping you must navigate to the program Self Service Applications
    • Menu → Human Capital Management → Recruiting → Self Service Applications
  2. Select Modules in the toolbar
  3. Select Search and locate the record(s) using the ATTACH option
  4. Select and highlight the ATTACH field in the Selected Fields header
  5. Note the field entitled Attachment Type and the current value
  6. The default option is Applicant Master: Applicant Attachment
  7. Select Update and change the Attachment Type option to the desired value
  8. Select Accept to save the changes


  • Any applications submitted moving forward will save to the newly defined Attachment Type value
