How to save Applicant uploads to different Document Mappings
Description of Issue
- When an applicant uploads a document, can we have that upload save to a different Document Mapping?
Context
- Munis
- Tyler Content Manager (TCM)
- Recruiting
- Self Service Application
- Munis version 2019.1+
Cause
- Setup/Informational
Resolution
- To have uploaded attachments save to a different document mapping you must navigate to the program Self Service Applications
- Menu → Human Capital Management → Recruiting → Self Service Applications
- Select Modules in the toolbar
- Select Search and locate the record(s) using the ATTACH option
- Select and highlight the ATTACH field in the Selected Fields header
- Note the field entitled Attachment Type and the current value
- The default option is Applicant Master: Applicant Attachment
- Select Update and change the Attachment Type option to the desired value
- Select Accept to save the changes
- Any applications submitted moving forward will save to the newly defined Attachment Type value
