Description of Issue

When we go to print our Employee 1095 records, we get the error message: Cannot continue with forms printer. Error(s) occurred while writing XML to forms command, how do I resolve this?

Cause

The selected printer is not configured to receive XML files for TylerForms jobs.

This can occur when you are using DocOrigins (DO) and select a printer other than the !TF printer

Resolution

Select the printer entitled !TF to execute the print job.
