Unable to make changes in Employee Time Maintenance

Description of Issue

When trying to edit a user's timecard under Employee Time Maintenance the following error occurs, Access Violation XX is not allowed to access this class.net.executime.model.data. TimeEntryType

Context
  • Employee Time Maintenance
Cause

The pay code filter from Enterprise ERP needs to be refreshed.

Resolution
  1. Within Time & Attendance, navigate to Employee Actions > Timesheet Entry.
  2. Click Add new (plus sign icon) to create a new transaction line.
  3. Select the Pay Code drop down list to view available pay codes.
  4. Return to Supervisor Actions > Employee Time Maintenance to make necessary changes.
