1099-R showing no Gross Distribution amounts

I've created my 1099-R records but there is no amount in the Gross Distribution field for box 1

• Munis
• 1099-R Wizard
• Employee W-2 and 1099-R

On the Create Step in the CASDI/Gross Distribution/Box 5 tab, the pay codes needed to report Gross Distribution were defined in the, Do you wish to exclude pays from the Gross Distribution Amount? fields. 

1. From the 1099-R Wizard, click the 3.Create step.
2. Click the CASDI/Gross Distribution/Box 5 tab. 
3. Under, Do you wish to exclude pays from the Gross Distribution Amount? remove the pay codes in the From and To range.
4. Click the forward arrow at the bottom of the screen to go to the next step and create the 1099-Rs again. 

*Note, when you create the 1099-Rs again, these will replace all previously created 1099-Rs so if any manual changes were made, they will need to be made again.
