How to generate the 1094/1095 Electronic File
Description of Issue
- When I access the page and press "Generate" I get an error that says no data available

Cause
- The 1094/1095 Electronic File record is not yet created
Resolution
- Navigate to the program Create 1094/5-B/C Electronic File in the Tyler menu
- Menu → Human Capital Management → Payroll → 1095-B/C Processing → Create 1094/5-B/C Electronic File
- Click Define and enter the year you wish to create
- Click the appropriate type records, either 1094/1095-B or 1094/1095-C
- Click the option Add in the toolbar to build the record manually or Copy to New Year to copy the previous year record
- Ensure that the record is appropriately defined
- Click the option Generate in the ribbon
- Say Yes to all prompts
