Description of Issue
  • Is there a way to print W-2s and not have copies be seen in ESS?
  • Will employees with a W-2 delivery method of Print Only still be able to see a copy in ESS?

Cause


Resolution

When the W-2s are printed, the W-2 image will archive to ESS regardless of their W-2 Delivery method on their Employee Master record.
