Access Payroll> W2 and 1099-R Processing> W2C Processing> Print W2C Form
Define the Year
Define the W2C Type (Typical most common)
Define the Employer Information
Define the Options:
1. Select Preprinted, if printing direclty from Enterprise ERP to pre-printed Stock
2. Select Blank Forms if using Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms)
  1. Under the W2C Form: select TYLXML - TylerForms W2C
Define the Criteria
Click Accept
1. If using Enteprise Forms (ReadyForms), click on the ReadyForms printer button then select the ReadyForms Delivery Definition
2. If doing a direct print from EERP, click Output then select the local printer to print on the preprinted stock
Click Okay to Print the W2C
