How do you print a W2C?

The original W2 had an error so a corrected W2 (W2C) was created. 

1. Access Payroll> W2 and 1099-R Processing> W2C Processing> Print W2C Form

2. Define the Year

3. Define the W2C Type (Typical most common)

4. Define the Employer Information

5. Define the Options ( W2C Form is TYLXML if using Tyler Forms)

6. Define the Criteria

7. Accept the define and Click Printer Icon or File Output

8. Choose desired Printer

9. Click Okay to Print W2C

W2C will only print the changes. It does not print all of the original information plus the changes.
