W-2c Copy A Not Printing

Why did my W-2c Copy A not print when using W-2c Type of Typical. 

• Payroll

• Payroll W2 and 1099-R Processing

• W-2c Processing

• Print W-2c Forms

•  EERP does not Print the W-2c Copy A-For Social Security Administration.

• The W-2c Electronic File sends the corrected data to the Social Security Administration. 

• EERP prints Copy B-To be Filed with Federal Tax Return, C-For Employees Records and D-For Employer.
