YTD Available Budget Report Error on Launch

Description of Issue

When specific users launch the YTD Available Budget Report it errors with

ERROR

Program stopped at GeneralLedgerAccountFinder.4gl, line number 1317
Forms statement error number -1326
An array variable has been referenced outside of its specified dimensions.

Context

YTD Available Budget Report

Cause

Error will occur if saved report options has Org code defined on a user currently set to Long Account entry method

Resolution

Work ticket MUN-478131 is open with development to address this issue. For assistance, contact General Ledger support with the EERP USER ID of the person receiving this error as well as a SQL connection or see the steps below to self resolve.

Additional Information

 Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  1. Search for User Id getting error

  2. Go to the Attributes tab

  3. Select the Update button at bottom of screen NOT at the top.

  4. Update "Account entry method (required)" to 'O' for ORG short account.

  5. Accept

  6. Reset Files

  7. OK

  8. OK

  9. Refresh browser

  10. Open YTD Available Budget report

  11. Select the Search for Accounts Skittle

  12. Clear all 3 entered fields but especially the Organization Code

  13. Close and Reopen the report it should now load with all blank segments

  14. Change the Account Entry Method back to the Long Account method.

  15. Reopen the YTD Available Budget report and the error will no longer appear.
