Budget Detail pulling in wrong year in Position Control

Description of Issue

When clicking Budget Detail in Position Control, the wrong year is populating on the Position Budget Detail screen.

Cause

Payroll Control Setting record 92 is set to the wrong year.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Payroll Control Settings

    1. Enterprise ERP > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Control Settings

  2. Scroll down to locate record number 92 - CURRENT PAYROLL FISCAL YEAR

  3. Double click on line 92 to open the record

  4. Click Update

  5. Enter the correct year and click Accept

  6. Close out of Position Control and reopen to see the change take effect
