Audit for Payroll Allocation

A new code was added to Payroll Allocations and we don't know who did it.  How do we find who did it?

Payroll Audit Options for table prallocs is disabled

To enable the audit to track the changes going forward:

1. Open Payroll Audit Options (Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Audit Options)

2. Search for Table prallocs

3. Click Update

4. Check the Enable/Disable box for Live - Live Data

5. Click Accept

Once enabled, you can track the changes going forward by searching for Table prallocs in Payroll Audit Inquiry.  This is under Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Audit Inquiry.
