Print SSN on W-2 Register

How can the W-2 Register be printed with employee Social Security Numbers displayed?

• Enterprise ERP Payroll

• W-2 Register and 1099-R Register

• W-2 Wizard

1.  Go to W-2 and 1099-R Register (Human Capital Management>Payroll>W-2 and 1099-R Processing>W-2 and 1099-R Register).

2. Click Define, select the year and Accept.

3. Click Define, select the year, Report Type, subtotal method.

4. Click drop down button in Show SSN field and select Show SSN.

5. Click Accept.

6. Fill out any additional Data Options.

7. Click Output.

8. Choose Printing options and click OK.
