How to Give a User Permission to see Detailed Timecards of Employees but Not Modify

How to give permissions to a user to see the details of employee's timecards but not modify it?

Cause

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select Security & Permissions 

  3. Select the Plus icon

  4. Enter Role Name & Role Description

  5. Menu Access → Select the boxes in Employee Actions as needed → Under Supervisor Actions → Select the box for Transaction Audit 

  6. Employee Access → select employees this role needs access to

  7. Other → Select box for Supervisory/Workflow access

  8. Notifications → Select options desired 

  9. Select Save
