How to update accumulator records





Description of Issue

Where do I go to make accumulator adjustments?



Context

  • Employee Accumulators



Resolution

Access Employee Accumulators: Payroll > Payroll Administration > Employee Accumulators

  1. Search for the Employee, Year, Pay/Deduction and the Frequency of M

  2. Navigate to the appropriate record, click Update, modify the desired field, click Accept

  3. Munis will provide an Automatic Update prompt: Do you want to automatically update the other affected accumulators (Quarterly, Yearly, Fiscal, Inception) for this pay/deduction? Select Yes

Additional Information

The automatic update prompt will only appear when updating monthly accumulator records.
