Creating a role for Account Inquiry View Only

Description of Issue

How do I create a role that allows a user to have full view only access to Account Inquiry?

Cause

User needs a role to allow them to only view Account Inquiry

Resolution

System Administration > Security > Roles

  1. Click Add top tool options.

  2. Complete the Role Key and Description fields.

  3. Click Accept

  4. Click the General Ledger folder.

  5. Click Add

  6. Choose your newly created role in Role ID dropdown.

  7. Under Data Access, set the Account/segment group access dropdown to FULL.

  8. Check all 3 boxes to allow access for active, inactive, and closed accounts.
