Deactivate User in Admin Center

Description of Issue

Admin Center user account is no longer active and needs to be disabled

Context
  • Admin Center

  • User Management

Resolution
  1. Log into Admin Center as an org admin

  2. Select Users from the menu on the left side of the screen

  3. Locate and select the user from the list

  4. In the top right, click User actions icon > select Deactivate User

  5. Click Confirm
