How to Disable Accounts in Cloud Admin
An existing Cloud Admin user account is no longer needed for the site, but it still displays in the User Accounts list in Cloud Admin

Account is no longer associated with active users at the site
The account should be disabled. Once disabled it will no longer show up on the Cloud Admin user accounts list. Deleting accounts is not recommended due to auditing purposes.Â
To disable an account:
Login to Cloud Admin
If hosted in the Datacenter - https://muniscloud.tylertech.com
If hosted in AWS - https://muniscloud.tylerhost.net
Select User Account Management > Manage User Accounts
Select Find a user... and search for user's account
Select View Details
Select Enable/Disable
