Trying to forward workflow for a user, error populates stating another user is forwarding workflow for a specific date that is in the past

Could not complete selective forwarding request for user userid1

User userid2 will start forwarding all work to this user on 11/06/2019 at 12:00 AM

User userid2 will start selective forwarding Requisition approvals to this user on 11/06/2019 at 12:00 AM

Another user is forwarding work to the user that is attempting to Forward their workflow. Munis ERP does not permit daisy chain forwarding.

Check for accounts for the user stated in the error and stop the work forwarding
