Description of Issue

In EFT Processing, getting error Program stopped at 'apeftran_eftgen.4gl', line number 2142. FORMS statement error number -1332. A character variable has referenced subscripts that are out of range.

Cause

Vendor in the EFT file has a blank addenda record in Vendors.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Vendors

  2. Pull up the vendor

  3. Click the General tab

  4. Click the yellow Addenda folder and if blank then delete the record

  5. Continue with EFT Processing
