Description of Issue

Unable to void Lien with on-fly-fly penalty. The following error occurs:

  • This lien cannot be voided – adjustment activity exists.

Context

  • EERP

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Delinquency Processing/Reports

  • Lien Processing

  • Void Lien (tlvoidli)

Cause

Lien has on-the-fly penalty showing as adjustment activity, unable to void.

Resolution

This has been resolved in 2021.8 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
