Description of Issue

The Void Liens program errors when first opening.

  • General Ledger settings record is incomplete



Context

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Delinquency Processing

  • Lien Processing

  • Void Lien



Cause

Error can occur when the General Ledger Settings Default Period is set to 13



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. 

Workaround is to Void Liens while the Default period in General Ledger Settings is not a 13.
