Position Field Is Blank Under Time Balancing

A new employee's position name is not showing up under the Payroll Functions> Time Balancing despite it being in Munis and the Integration is running.

This field displays Default position based on start date of pay period. If the employees effective date is in the future the information will not pull for that pay period.
