Description of Issue
  • User set up fund without secondary balancing level defined

  • Field can no longer be modified after adding fund

  • Fund is complete and has some posted transactions

  • The secondary balancing level in General Ledger settings is set to Defined By Fund

  • User is expecting to be able to define the secondary balancing level field

  • Fund was set up with incorrect secondary balanceing level defined

  • Updating the secondary balancing on an existing fund

Cause

Fund was setup incorrectly

Additional Information
  • After secondary balancing is added the DTDF from records for the fund will need to be reviewed and possibly updated or created.
