Inspections scheduled in CSS do not show in Munis

Description of Issue

Inspections schedule in CSS appear to schedule successfully but the confirmation screen does not list a date or inspector and no inspection date appears in Munis.

Cause

There are no available inspectors for this inspection type.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Permits and Code Enforcement > Setup > Inspections/Violations > Inspection Types

  2. Search for the Inspection Type that is not scheduling properly in CSS

  3. Click the Inspectors folder at the bottom

  4. Click Add

  5. Choose an inspector from the drop down list

  6. Click Accept



Additional Information

If there is already an inspector listed under the Inspection Type you will want to check that they are listed as Active in the Inspectors program and that they are not marked as unavailable for the date the inspection is being scheduled for.Â
