Email field for Ship To allows more characters in Requisitions program

In the Requisitions program, in the email address field for Ship To, you can enter more characters than Requisition Entry or Purchase Order Entry. When converted to a PO, the second email address is cut off, causing issues downstream with notifications and emails that need to go to these Ship To individuals.
