How to Clear SQL Locks

Description of Issue

A table in SQL is locked by a user that is no longer in the system and it needs to be cleared out.

Cause

Munis was improperly closed or crashed leaving the connection to a table still open.



Resolution

Contact Tyler System Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal. Support will typically need SQL server access to resolve this issue.
