Description of Issue

Can you make a mass change for mobile remote access on all users profiles?

Cause

Informational



Resolution

  1. Click System Admin

  2. Click Master File Management

  3. Next to the Active only box click the person icon with the plus sign

  4. Select allow in the drop down list next to Allow remote access for Mobile Interface 

  5. Select the employees based on Work Group, Org Level, or Org Unit

  6. Click Assign 



Additional Information

The mass change can be used to change 

  • Allow remote access for Primary Interface

  • Allow remote access for Mobile Interface

  • Supplemental Time
