Unable to create a replacement invoice with a contract

When creating a replacement invoice tied to a contract, tabbing past the address field allows the check/wire field to be updateable again when it shouldn't be. Tabbing past the check/wire field removes the data and these fields are no longer modifiable. This causes the message The payment information on the replacement invoice does not match the method on the original invoice to appear
